Kebangsaan I started the Kairos Spiritual Formation Ministries in 1998 as a ministry for preaching and teaching about spiritual formation and transformation in churches, camps, retreats, seminars, conferences, and Bible seminaries, I also contributed numerous articles to the Asian Beacon, Kairos’ Understanding the Modern World Through Christian Eyes magazine and a series of devotions on 1 Chronicles for Asian Notes (2002). I have written a number of books: Random Musings from a Doctor's Chair: A Christian Doctor reflects on life and all that stuff (2005), A Good Day to Die: A Christian perspective on mercy killing (2005), Live and Let Live: A Christian perspective on biotechnology (2006), Spiritual Formation on the Run (2009), Tales from the Monastery: Spiritual Formation the Asian Way (2012), Till We Are Fully Formed (2014), Meditations in Autumn (2016), A People Apart (2016), Into the Depths of Living Water (2017), Talk Talk with Tee Tee (2017), and A Year of Viral Musings (2021).

active in Rotary; was a member of Rotary Club of Johor Bahru and Rotary Club of Tebrau. I am a chartered member of the Rotary Club of Puteri Lagoon. In the Rotary Club of Tebrau,

Tebrau Heart Fund to sponsor children
with congenital heart diseases for corrective surgery in the Madras Medical
